VoidDev Interactive ("we", "us", or "our") is the owner and operator of the VoidRunners game, the VoidRunners Launcher, and the website voidrunners.dev (collectively, the "Service"). This website provides the VoidRunners Launcher, a desktop application that allows you to download and update the game client for upcoming playtests. VoidRunners uses Epic Online Services (EOS) for account sign-in and online features. This policy explains how VoidDev Interactive collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes information when you use the Service.

• Account Information: When you sign in through Epic Online Services (EOS) or another third-party platform (e.g., Epic Games, Steam), we receive a unique identifier and your display name. We do not receive or store your platform account password.
• Download & Launcher Data: When you download the Launcher or receive game updates, we may log your IP address, download timestamp, platform, and Launcher version for diagnostics and distribution purposes.
• Gameplay Data: We collect gameplay telemetry such as match results, session duration, and in-game actions to improve the experience.
• Device & Technical Data: We may collect your IP address, operating system, hardware identifiers, and crash reports for diagnostics and anti-cheat purposes.

• To provide and maintain the Service, including distributing the Launcher and game updates for playtests

These Terms of Service apply to VoidRunners, the VoidRunners Launcher, and voidrunners.dev. The Service is owned and operated by VoidDev Interactive. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Early Access Playtest

VoidRunners is in early access and active development. Features, availability, progression, content, servers, and accounts may change, reset, or become unavailable during testing. You must be at least 13 years old to access or use the VoidRunners playtest.

2. Accounts and Online Services

VoidRunners may require a platform account sign-in, including Epic Online Services, to authenticate players and provide online features. VoidRunners is developed and published by VoidDev Interactive and is not an Epic Games product.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to cheat, exploit, harass others, interfere with servers, reverse engineer protected services, distribute malware, impersonate VoidDev Interactive, or violate applicable law. We may restrict access to protect the Service and other players.

4. Ownership

VoidRunners, the VoidRunners Launcher, VoidDev Interactive names, logos, game content, software, and website materials are owned by VoidDev Interactive or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable permission to use the Service for personal playtest access.
